Step into the hub of our warehouse operations where inbound and outbound activity meet precise planning. As the Logistics Routing & Inventory Control Coordinator, you oversee inventory accuracy, shipment scheduling and routing, data integrity, documentation, and customer compliance. You partner closely with the Warehouse Supervisor to drive efficiency, precision, and on-time fulfillment.

Morning: You review customer purchase orders arriving both manually and via EDI, enter and validate data in the Warehouse Management System, and reconcile on-hand quantities with packing slips to resolve any discrepancies quickly.

Midday: You secure appointments through customer portals and our dock scheduling software, prepare highly accurate paperwork and electronic bills of lading, and audit pick documents to ensure order lines and ship quantities align—making the final Go/No-Go decision for freight release.

Afternoon: You track loads, communicate any transit challenges to the right stakeholders, file OTIF compliance tickets, and maintain meticulous records, reports, logs, and the full paper trail of shipping activities.

• Receive and process POs via manual entry or EDI
• Maintain inventory accuracy in WMS; resolve on-hand versus packing slip variances
• Schedule shipments using customer portals and dock scheduling tools
• Coordinate day-to-day shipping and receiving execution with the Warehouse Supervisor
• Prepare all shipping documents and eBOLs with exceptional accuracy
• Audit picks to confirm orders and quantities match; resolve discrepancies
• Authorize final freight release (Go/No-Go)
• Submit documentation to meet OTIF performance standards
• Keep complete and organized records, logs, and reports
• Surface and solve transit issues with clear, timely communication

• Frequent email and face-to-face communication with drivers and dispatchers
• Regular WMS/TMS data entry and information management
• Collaborative planning with management and warehouse teams
• Hybrid office-and-warehouse setting with active forklift, pedestrian, and tractor-trailer traffic
• Operate to ISO and OSHA standards
• Exposure to temperature variations common to warehouse/manufacturing spaces
• Physical activity includes regular walking, standing, and lifting up to 30 lbs

• High school diploma or GED; and/or 2+ years of directly relevant experience
• Working knowledge of shipping and receiving, warehouse operations, and trucking/transportation
• Strong typing, communication, reading, and writing abilities
• Hands-on experience with WMS/TMS platforms
• Nice to have: Retail Link (Transportation 2.0), NetSuite, Prime, or Opendock
• Positive, people-focused approach that motivates others
• Calm, professional demeanor when working in a fast-paced setting and with difficult or irate customers
• Ability to partner across departments and manage competing priorities under tight deadlines
• Problem-solving mindset with flexibility as priorities shift
• Commitment to a culture of safety and compliance
• Willingness to work overtime during peak periods
• Daily on-site presence is required
